Alex trained at St George’s, University of London. His Junior Doctor years took him from London, the South of England to Norwich.

Alex is now a practicing GP, Sports Medic & Lifestyle Medic. His focus is to support and empower people to achieve and maintain their ideal version of health and wellbeing. He seeks first to understand and then to guide. He absolutely loves seeing someone making progress to improve their health and wellbeing.

A particular focus is the health and wellbeing of Children; hence his involvement in childhood Sports Medicine and being a School Doctor. His aim as a school doctor is to provide the framework for the child to leave school with the tools to manage their mental and physical health for the rest of their lives.

Another passion is Social Prescribing and he is both Social Prescribing Director for the British society of Lifestyle Medicine and SocialP, the Social Prescribing endeavour in Croydon. He understands the power of building and connecting non-clinical resources in the community and continues to push Social Prescribing forward on a local and national level.
