Less than 2 years old, we have already become the UK’s leading medical services provider for the education sector with our services being used by over 60 of the UK’s leading schools & clubs, with ambitious aims to grow rapidly from here.

Role: Business Administrator

Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 (pro-rata salary based on term-time working only with exception of initial induction period)

Location: Clapham office but flexible with remote working.

Desired start date: July 2022

 

What is the job?

We are looking for an Administrator to play a key role in making sure the company continues to tick along smoothly. The role will have a real impact on a growing company, working closely with the whole team and company directors to provide sales, client onboarding and patient support along with helping our Head of Operations with systems and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

–          Manage communication with clients and patients about daily issues, over phone and emails. Try to resolve the issues as soon as possible and ensure that no email/calls are left unattended or pending.

–          Manage our appointment booking process.

–          Support our account management team with client onboarding.

–          Create weekly reports for clients.

–          Support our Head of Operations with systems and processes.

–          Update and maintain our internal systems.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take ownership and accountability, who is able to work independently when required and who is excited by the prospect of being part of a rapidly growing company.

Our ideal candidate will have:

–          Great written and verbal communication skills.

–          Meticulously organised.

–          High attention to detail.

–          Methodical and task-orientated, able to juggle multiple priorities.

–          Previous experience in an administrator role.
